TTC Signals for TileCal Digitizer
                           
To program the digitizer the following signals are used:

SubAddr     Dout  (clocked by DoutStr)

00000001    number of samples (5 to 15)
00000010    long tec_dmu delay (to wait for lvl1a) ("length of pipeline")
00000011    part 1 of test word
00000100    part 2 of test word
00000101    part 3 of test word
00000111    mode : 00 - normal mode
                   01 - calibration mode
                        Both high and low gains are read out
                   10 - test mode
                        A test work is read into the tec_dmu and read back to
                              the controller
                   11 - not used

To reset the board and trigger data in testmode:
 Broadcast user defined bits (7:6) (clocked by BrcstStr2)
 01 = reset
 10 = testmode trigger

 L1Accept

Bunch crossing number:
 BCnt (clocked by BCntStr)
 
The following signals are checked:
 DQ - Data Qualifier
 SinErrStr - Single error strobe
 DbErrStr - Double error strobe
