Validation on the data

Gen5 vs Gen4:

• Gen5 vs Gen4 comparison by Guram on Oct 26,

We see many b-tagged events (due to new data or Gen5 feature?)
• Gen5 vs Gen4 comparison for same runs by Guram on Nov 2

 still many b-tagged events, so it is due to Gen5 feature (B-tagging group is trying to understand this enhancement!)
 
• Early Gen5 vs Gen4 comparison by Jahred

Toward Top Mass Fitting:
 

• Things need to be checked out before we do a final top mass fitting

 (eletron vs muon channel, and 4 different run ranges)
 
• Low level (with L4 jet corr): Njet, Jet Et, SumEt over jets, leading Jet Et, b-tagged jets , and Lxy for b-tagged jets
• High level (after top mass fitting): tagged b jet, non-tagged bjet, W daughter jets, Wmass, delR(Wjj), and delR(W, b)
• Finally Top Mass Templates
 
• Valdation for electron vs muon by Guram on Nov 30,
• Access in tagged jets now appears only in electron channel
• Strange Lxy significance distribution in electron channel, and strange shape in bjet and w jets?
• Strange Lxy sig. is now fixed on Dec. 14, see Guram's updated talk.
• Updated version of validation (e vs mu, Gen5 vs Gen4) by Guram on Dec 14,
• Valdation of post Feb04 data (~90pb-1) shown in Joint-Physics Group Meeting
