Some old history during Pulsar prototype phase

Here you can find what had been done in the past during the Pulsar prototyping phase (Nov. 2001 to Dec.2002). Starting Jan. 2003, the L2 upgrade project starts and you can check the status either from RunIIb L2 upgrade meetings (for monthly summary) or at the new e-log for L2 upgrade Pulsar project (for daily/weekly activities).
