Pulsar Trigger Supervisor input and output description

Pulsar has two TS connectors (visible to Control FPGA only). One is used to handshake with TS via L2 global module in TS crate, the other can be used to communicate with Alpha processor. (In each case, one enable bit is used and is controlled by control FPGA). In the teststand case, these two connectors are not essential, although one could use the two as a "pass-through" in between the TS cable from Alpha to L2 global module. This way, Pulsar could "spy" the handshake between TS and Alpha... The reason these connectors are included were: (1) it is easy to do; (2) just in case someone wants to use Pulsar as a possible candidate (prototype) for possible L2 upgrade for Run2b... add documents here.
