Dear L2 upgrade IRR Committee and Interested Parties,
     The charge to the L2 installation readiness
review committee is:

Assess readiness of the L2 decision crate upgrade for integration
into normal CDF operation.  Items to be addressed include:
o) project status (schedule, cost, manpower, etc.),
o) project integration (run control, database issues, etc.),
o) results from test runs (rates, performance, add'l tests needed, etc.)
o) operational support (pager carriers, monitoring software,
   documentation, etc.),
o) maintenance issues (diagnostic tools, monitoring software, spares,
   reliability, etc.).
Report findings to Project Leader.

Preliminary agenda:
(1) System Overview (Ted Liu, 30 mins)
(2) Commissioning experience and status (Burkard Reisert, 30 mins)
(3) Cluster Readiness and PulsarMon (Vadim Rusu, 20 mins)
(4) Active Splitter/RECES monitoring code readiness (Chris Neu, 15 mins)
(5) Algorithm CPU software (Kristian Hahn, 20 mins)
(6) Control/interface software (Daniel Whiteson, 20 mins)
(7) Final Commissioning plan and schedule (Cheng-Ju Lin, 15 mins)
(8) Discussion (Committee, 60 mins)

     Please let me know of any others who should be informed
about our meeting.  Early questions to the proponents are
welcome, and should be cc'd to the whole committee.
