p.d.f's from KDE: 1D and 2D plots
First generate the estimated root files with "highnpxmode 1" turned on, see run_normal_JES0.0.dat in
/cdf/s13/tangjian/Analysis/summer2010/local_METJ_KDE/myKDErelease/TMTCode/kdecode
Then run./MakeEstimate run_normal_JES0.0.dat

Second, draw the plots using the generated estimation file above:
cd /cdf/s13/tangjian/Analysis/summer2010/local_METJ_KDE/myKDErelease/TMTCode/kdecode
compile plotTemplates.cc then run ./plotTemplates filename mass jes sample_i PRDoption
