Family Photos Fall 2005

Pictures from our visit to Granny's house in Florida:
We borrowed an SUV with a VCR in the back -- Jack liked watching videos while we were on the road, but we couldn't stop laughing at him in the headphones.

These pictures were taken at a state park down the road from Granny's house. Anyone who saw the original of the first one knows why I photoshopped it.

Halloween pictures!
Jack had a great time helping to carve the pumpkin and being grossed out by "pumpkin brains." I think the jack-o-lantern came out pretty well.

Here's Jack in his Sneetch costume. We went trick or treating to two houses and Jack really liked knocking on the doors.

We just got back from a trip to the Shaffer's farm in Shelbyville, IL. Jack had a wonderful time climbing on tractors, riding in combines, petting farm dogs, and going on a hayride. Moses also enjoyed his break from city life and rolled in pretty much everything.

Jack got some new clothes in the mail the other day and wanted to try everything on right away!

We haven't posted pictures in ages because the computer has been off while we've been painting the family room. Things are almost back together now, so here are some highlights from the past few months:

This picture was taken at an anti-war vigil in August. Jack's sign said "Stop the War" and he waved it wildly -- unfortunately in this picture he's waving it too fast to be seen.
