We report on a simultaneous measurement of the mass of the top quark (

of data collected with the CDF detector at the Fermilab Tevatron. In the Lepton+Jets channel, a top quark mass (m

) is reconstructed for every event by minimizing a

-like function to the overconstrained kinematics of the

system. The dijet mass (m

) of the hadronically decaying W boson is used to constrain
in situ the largest systematic on top quark mass measurements, the uncertain jet energy scale (

) in the detector. In the underconstrained dilepton channel, the Neutrino Weighting Algorithm (NWA) is used to integrate over the pseudorapdities of the neutrinos and give a single reconstrcted mass per event (M

). In addition, the transverse mass in the two missing particle system

and m

for 492 Lepton+Jets candidate events with at least 1 b-tag and the values of M

and

for 219 Dilepton candidate events are compared to two-dimensional probability density function derived by applying kernel density estimation to fully simulated MC events with different values of the top quark mass and

in the detector. We measure

in the simuntaneus measurement of the Lepton+Jets and Dilepton channels. In addition we measure the top quark mass in the Dilepton channel using one observable
