<div class="">Abstract:&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 11px;" class="">Experiments detecting the neutrinos emitted from nuclear reactors have had
</span><span style="font-size: 11px;" class="">major impact on our understanding of neutrino masses and mixing. The PROSPECT experiment will detect neutrinos at a short distance from the compact core of the High Flux Isotope Reactor at Oak Ridge National Laboratory
 to make a precise measurement of the reactor neutrino spectrum. The choice of detector technology and location will also allow PROSPECT to search for sterile neutrinos.&nbsp;</span></div>
