[Seminars] Off-schedule HEP lunch talk

Hi Jon,
I don't think it is a good idea to postpone Richard's talk. It is
for the entire EFI faculty, only a small fraction of which go to the HEP
lunch talk. I for one will go to Richard's talk. The students and
postdocs have no such conflict.

                    Regards,
                    Mel
