I forgot to tell you a little detail for the Merger front panel.
The two holes for the pcb mounting brackets (between input B&C and
between input D & output 1) should have a conical shape
so that the screws enter completly into the front panel (the screw head too).
The conical shape has to be for a screw of 2.5mm. Probably this is
standard but anyway: the screw head has a diameter of 4.6 mm and the
conical shape has an angle of 45 degrees. 

This  applies to the XTF-B as well.
