Reprocessed period 0 (0d) data with ucnt_CPRfix_6.1.4 and CPR_photonfilter.tcl.  Corrects CPR clustering in 0d dataset to use 5 strip CES seed rather than 11.  This is needed for the CES/CPR technique.
